Winter weather forecast

  • As of February 21, this will be Chicagos tenth warmest winter, Detroits sixth, Milwaukees sixth, and Washington D.C.s fifth, according to Weather.com. Rain, thunderstorms, strong winds, tornadoes and snow were expected to hit much of the U.
