The walking dead

  • It was an episode light on zombie encounters, but one proved to be all that was needed to tear the heart and soul from the ragtag band of survivors on The Walking Dead (Sun., 9 p.m. EST on AMC).
  • (Huffington Post)
  • As the episode opens, we find that Daryl has finally shaken himself out of his post-Sophia doldrums and is back to kicking ass (as well as the leg and face) of the young captive named Randall.

  • Let's talk about the elephant in the room first: They killed off Dale! What?! Dale was a great character, fueled by some fantastic (mostly) acting by Jeffrey DeMunn. So seeing him go out in the fashion he did is both sad and upsetting.

  • Warning: Major spoilers for the latest episode of The Walking Dead lurk ahead! Death is par for the course on The Walking Dead, but that knowledge wasnt enough to prepare for the shocking death of fan-favorite character Dale.
  • (MTV)
  • While Carl will deal with the latest shocking twist in his own way, Rick and the other survivors are gearing up for something big as Randall escapes the barn.
  • (AceShowbiz)
  • Andrea has never been my favorite character in The Walking Dead, but Im starting to rethink my opinion of her.
  • (Los Angeles Times)
  • If you havent watched your DVR episode of last weeks, The Walking Dead, read no further. Shane and Rick argued over keeping Randall, from the fiasco at the bar in town, alive or not.

  • Last week, it was announced that British actor David Morrissey (the TV version of State of Play) had been cast as the Governor in the yet-to-be-shot third season of AMC's zombie show The Walking Dead.
  • (Entertainment Weekly Online)
  • Heres whats really scary about The Walking Dead, now in the latter half of season 2 on AMC: many of us remain glued to this Sunday-night program despite the decided blandness of its main characters.
