- A New York-based law firm has followed through on a threat to file a class-action lawsuit against Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian over their endorsement of the weight-loss product QuickTrim.
(ABC News)- The plaintiffs note in the suit that all of QuickTrim's ads "generally featurephotos of one or more of the Kardashian sisters in a bikini or other revealing attire." TMZ notes that the sisters have been endorsing QuickTrim since 2009.
