Knicks raptors

  • A note of introduction: My name is Alex Raskin and this is the new-look NJ.com New York Knicks blog. Over the past four years I've covered the NBA and NFL for outlets such as CBSSports.
  • (ESPN)
  • NEW YORK - Amare Stoudemire had 22 points and 12 rebounds, Jeremy Lin added 18 points and 10 assists, and the New York Knicks made it four straight easy victories under Mike Woodson by beating the Toronto Raptors 106-87 on Tuesday night.
  • (Minneapolis Star Tribune)
  • The Knicks, who at times this season slogged through weeks at a time as a joyless, humorless group, were laughing on Tuesday.
  • (Wall Street Journal)
  • The Raptors' game vs. the New York Knicks on Friday, March 23 will be broadcast nationally in the Mandarin language.
  • (NBA)
  • (AP) -- Linsanity had nearly reached its peak when Jeremy Lin hit a game-winning 3-pointer to defeat the Toronto Raptors last month.
  • (Washington Post)
  • NEW YORK -- Jose Calderon was back in the Toronto Raptors starting lineup Tuesday night against the New York Knicks after missing five games with a sprained right ankle.
  • (ESPN)
  • Linsanity had nearly reached its peak when Jeremy Lin hit a game-winning 3-pointer to defeat the Toronto Raptors last month. While the hoopla surrounding Lin has since cooled a bit, interim coach Mike Woodson is starting to create a buzz of his own.
  • (CBC)
  • The Knicks will play four games in the next five days: two on the road and two at Madison Square Garden. Three of those games are very winnable. New York plays host to the 15-30 Toronto Raptors on Tuesday before a rematch in Canada on Friday.
  • (SB Nation)
  • The Knicks look to cut further into the 76ers lead atop the Atlantic who had 17 points and eight rebounds versus the Raptors. We just want to bottle that up and move on and keep it going.
