The voice

  • The ratings for NBC's The Voice have been front-loaded, starting big for the blind auditions featuring the spinning chairs and then falling off in the battle rounds.

  • NBC will pack 10 comedies into four nights of its primetime lineup in the fall, and two new dramas, from JJ Abrams and Dick Wolf, have been scheduled on Monday and Wednesday nights, respectively, the network announced Sunday.

  • Sunday night and it was time for The Voice results night again, with two acts leaving the show from each team it was a veritable cull of contestants, with half of those who'd sung on Saturday having their dreams dashed.
